Really loud noise in the bar next door until 1:45 AM. The band played with a bass that was so loud we could feel vibration in the bed. And earplugs didn’t help at all. We left the hotel after 2 nights and they had the audacity to charge us for an extra night. I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place at all.

No frills hotel
Front desk and cleaning staff were amazing! The rest of the hotel, not so much. Multiple pool areas were missing tiles. Many parts of the hotel had half-finished renovations. A lot of sand in the pool, proof that it wasn't cleaned regularly. Pool area staff were just okay. If you are looking for a cheap, no frills hotel that's close to the Golden Zone, this is a good one.

Our roof came down in middle of the night, after we notified the hotel they didn't have any available room at that time. The next morning they were going to move us to a downgraded room but if we haven't have asked for a room just like the one we booked, they wouldn't have given it to us, the manager then came to talk to us and told us that the rooms we were in were just renovated in which they didn't look like it at all, the manager then said they were going to find a solution for us in which they didn't until we took initiative and complained with expedia instead. We weren't satisfied with the solution they gave us.

This is a very nice hotel we really enjoy staying here every time we travel to Mazatlán, it’s located only steps away from the Malecón from here you can go anywhere also the hotel rooms just got remodeled they are very nice and comfortable I really recommend this place
