Room was very clean and well taken care of until we were awakened by loud construction!!! This really was not appreciated. We were dealing with two deaths in the family and had already had a long night.

Though rooms were available, clerk had several families wait till 3pm to issue rooms. Elevator broken, no phone service and no shower curtain in room. I shared my concerns to clerk at checkout and got little to no response.
