There was a sign on the door when i checked in that they were cash only. They wanted to hold my passport as a security deposit as i had no cash on me. I told them no. We agreed to my drivers license. The hotel is not in a great area, and is noisy. The internet never worked.

Arrived late at night about 10:30pm and the hotel's credit card system was down. I was told I can't have a room without $100 cash deposit. Firstly, hotels should never ask for cash from their guests. Secondly, hotels should have a back-up plan when the credit card system is not working. Third, I arrived via Uber and from outside the USA. Fourth, if I had arrived to the hotel at 10am or 2pm then maybe I could have gone to a bank ATM to deduct the $100 cash. Asking a guest to pay cash or expecting a guest to have sufficient cash is irresponsible business practice and very inconvenient. The employees need better customer service training as well.

el agua de la regadera se sale mucho deben poner cortinas mas anchas
