There was no elevator for four nights--placed on the third floor with cerebral palsy. No apology, no attempt to help. Had to haul luggage down the stairs. Also no air conditioning and no wi-fi. Think carefully before booking!

Bed bugs 20 bites. Probably had pets in room before we stayed there. Managers said he’d see about that…. Too late for me though as arms & legs bitten up Make sure to get a no pet room or just go elsewhere fir $175 per night. Breakfast great though.

The room was smoky, but other than that I had a wonderful experience! Staff was fantastic, breakfast was good, the pool hours wwre fabulou, & the location was perfect!! I will definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our stay. Layout of our suite was good. King size bed in room separate from the living room/kitchen. Comfortable bed. Furnishings could be updated but still usable. Wish the complementary breakfast was better. We’ll likely stay here again.

room was a bit on the dirty side, refrigerator was very dirty on the outside, lots of stains on tub/bathroom. Ice maker was broken, needs new appliances as dishwasher melted plastic container etc.

This hotel was disappointing. There was a lot of noise outside our window by the patio area late at night and in the hallway. The TV was old and small with and limited selections. Okay breakfast selections, but the eggs and sausage were cold. It is a convenient location.
