The Grand HYATT is always my favorite in DFW. Truly amazinng staff, clean rooms that are quiet and well appointed and a top shelf restaurant. You stay will be amazing.

Excellent location near d gates at DFW. Furnishings etc modern and spotless. Spacious room...king size. Quiet. Excellent efficient friendly staff, answered questions promptly after midnight. The only thing I would improve isxshowerhead ... so big you cannot turn on shower without getting yourself or the bathroom floor wet.

It’s the Grand Hyatt, it’s what you would expect. It’s nice but a little dated with the black marble theme. Kinda like an Elvis museum theme. No live tiger though

The staff gave extraordinary service. Picked us up at the airport , helped us to our room and with luggage without being asked. I was very tired and I’m sure they noticed it. The hotel is attached to the airport and so convenient to check in and security. The bar and restaurant were convenient and food was good. They answered all of my questions with hesitation. This is a definite stay again!!
