Great location, mattresses need replaced

It was a nice place, mattresses could use replacing. The location was perfect for what we needed, taking an early flight out of PIT.

Pillows smelled like feces. Sheets weren’t clean. Bathroom counter was dirty. Fire alarm went off at 2:00am with the notice of stand by we would be informed if we needed to act. Disrupting sleep with an early wake up. No further action or notice on the fire alarm. Just laid there waiting to see if we needed to get up and leave. Fire alarm is whatever. The bed,sheets and pillow is a big deal

Hotel gave our reserved king bedroom away and gave us own with two double beds. Never had a problem like this before even with a convention which was the excuse. Obviously, I should have called to say our flight was a late one which I usually do. When I do that, every other hotel has stated that I need not have bothered. Otherwise, it is an excellent hotel with a very good breakfast.

Not a bad place at all. But for the price you pay per night, you can tell most of the money in the hotel went towards the lobby and restaurant. Our room was nice but beds uncomfortable and the plumbing work in the shower was a little wobbly and incorrectly installed. I more so am just happy it was convenient. After several delayed flights that inevitably got cancelled ,I didn't feel like dealing with going off property.
