The stay was great for a Brisbane city stay, close to public transport, shops. The service was great, the pool, gym were great. Bit shocked when i paid final payment for the hotel as it was more than what was shown on last minute. Overall it was a great stay

Clean, quiet.and comfortable....the big three when it comes to a good hotel stay. Easy walking distance to major shopping area, dining, bars and activities. Near the Brisbane sign, Wheel and river cruises. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent staff very helpful 👍room was clean but difficult for older people to run coffee maker no directions on that ,and kettle didn’t work for tea🙄carpets need replacing I would stay here again that been said 👍would just check everything first day and sort it out!

Lowered my ratings for this hotel because I had to go to reception everyday for my complimentary still water. I checked with the reception why water isn’t in the room, she mentioned that my room was the lowest grade, so I’m not entitled to water in my room. But of course if I want water, I can request from them any time. I think it is just unacceptable to have a guest go to reception everyday for water that is complimentary anyway. Phone is not working/ complicated to use. Headlight is also complicated (not a simple switch on/ off), had to spend time figuring out how to turn it off which was really annoying. Trash found on my doorstep when I came back one day, probably left by cleaning personnel by accident. Will think twice coming back here.

Good, clean and comfortable with all the amenities Although it said daily housekeeping, I only got yeh bed turned down - no cleaning in the bathroom or tea, coffee restocked etc…. Not sure what that was about !!

Cleanliness was very good and bed was really comfortable. Lack of clear parking instructions from the staff made parking at an affiliated place confusing. Parking at the hotel was expensive and limited and should have been free.
