Room was great. Paint was a little rough for being renovated but it was clean. Bed was firm. Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was a life saver.

The staff were very accommodating & helpful. The downside was the proximity to the highway. It was VERY noisy. Our refrigerator sounded like a hookah pipe. When I mentioned this to the staff they immediately replaced it!

A lot of these hotels don’t look like how look in the pictures, it was somewhat renovated and the breakfast bar was small for the hotel to be a suite. I really wanted the hotel for the hot tub but when we got there it was broke. Very disappointing.

Pool and hot tub was closed and after reading reviews it’s been down for months. That was main reason for booking this property. They need to remove the pool from pictures seeing how they aren’t open, they also told me 50.00 would be held for incidentals and released within 3-5 business days. They took 100.00 and I’m not on day 8 and still not released my money. They don’t clean this place with industrial cleaners just a regular spin mop and cheap dollar tree cleaner. Sink leaked in the room, paint was awful. Beds super old and uncomfortable. I paid almost 260.00 for 2 nights plus the 100 they still have. This place shouldn’t cost more than 69.00 a night. Absolutely p*ssed.

Never again.

Pool and hot tub were down and that was one MAJOR reason we booked here. They also did not give us the accessible rooms we booked and paid for or connected rooms we requested. No assistance from staff or even sympathy…Beds were not queen but full and hard as a rock. Very disappointed.

Great stay. Great play. Clean But linen package for pull out couch was not pulled and replaced after last use. Understandable because guest balled it up and placed it back in the plastic cover and the closet really good breakfast

The sheets were dirty. Very noisy from traffic from road. No hot water for tea and no coffee. Also water from the room sink was brown, when tried to make tea/coffee in room. Definitely won’t stay here again.
