Too busy and poor service be ready to wait
Took for ever to check in and kept getting told room would ready in 30 minutes eneded up waiting 3 hours and checking every 30 minutes. Then booked a taxi to train station and was 5 times cost of an uber and told it woudl be safe and on time came an hour late and run to train with a porter and kids in tow. Paid for premium experience and was not deliverd. Booked a suite for 4 people came with 2 coffee pods when checkkng in 4 the next day and zero on the next day .

We are staying last 5 years every years 10 days to this hotel. USed to very good service. We stay in same room Suites. This time they gave a small room(2722) with no Bath Tub but still charges 470$ per night. Gave rotten fruit basket. Service has gotten very slow and had to do repetaed request even for Gold . Overall this time we are very unhappy with the service comare to 470$ per night.

Highly recommended
Very nice hotel and rooms feels luxury and clean. Few minutes to Al Haram which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties of food. Staff where very nice and helpful. I have to say the pillows were not very comfortable and we asked if there are better ones but unfortunately there wasn’t.
