This was our second stay here, and this hotel continues to be a great value. It is clean, comfortable, safe, and with a great free breakfast. Along with the price, this combo is hard to beat in the area. This is my family's go-to place when passing through Oregon.

Don't stay here
It was awful! The guy at the front desk was rude, the refrigerator had rust and wouldn't close so the ground outside it was wet. We also need a working fridge for our daughters medication. When we went to the office to see about switching rooms the guy gave us a key to the room nectar door and when my teenage son and husband walked in a lady was topless in there. We went to the office and demanded a refund and left.

Clean rooms, standard convenient, continental breakfast, but the neighborhood is a little rough. A fair number of roaming street residents who come over from the nearby parks. Walked a few blocks nearby and came across quite a few street residents and at least one woman passed out on the sidewalk from inebriation. A lot of gun, weed, and liquor stores. But there were also a positives like a nearby food co-op with good selection and prices to storefronts away. Location is a five minute drive from most needs from grocery, to gas stations, to the local library

The property was clean and well kept. However it is sandwiched in a very "rough" area of town. While driving to check in, there were a couple of other properties I passed that had very obvious illegal activities going on. While walking to grab dinner, police showed up at one of the properties.

Cute place, too bad about the desk lady
Was a nice clean place with easy access to your vehicle and front of the room. Unfortunately the staff was not nice. She treated me as if she didn't want my money and acted very condescending. Her disdain was entirely uncalled for. As a decent presented professional I couldn't understand why she would act in such an unfortunate manner. I won't be coming back.

This was a very clean and convenient location for the airport. We like being able to park right in front - makes for quick and easy unloading and loading. We also appreciated the fridge and microwave. Check in was easy and the attendant was friendly. We'll stay there next time we need to fly out of Rogue Valley airport. It's basic and clean and that's all we need for one night.

Sheets looked like they had not been changed or cleaned. The floors were filthy. The A/C barely worked. The roof looked like it was bubbling and gettin ready to fall into the room. The beds were springing and very uncomfortable. Desperate times call for desperate measures and if you're stuck without a place to sleep, it's a cheap option, but you'd be better off sleeping in your car....

Comfortable, clean, no frills.
This is a no frills kind of place, but the rooms were comfortable, clean and it just seemed generally well run. You get a microwave and good sized fridge in the room. The furniture was very cheap, but the bed was comfortable. I like the fact they don’t have carpet and no off smells in the room.

Although this motel is in a sketchy area, the property was well maintained and secure. You are able to park under a canopy directly in front of your room. The breakfast area was open between 7 and 9 am and access was with your keycard. Breakfast covered all the basics, various juices, milk, cold and hot cereal, individual packaged yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, pastries, and waffles. The room was clean and came with a refrigerator and microwave. Considering the price, I would stay here in the future. They even had bananas.
