Overall a good experience, front desk staff extremely friendly and personable. The room was clean, parts of the room were a little run down, but overall a pleasant stay we were just there for the night. The shower and sink had nice hot water which was great. Bed was actually comfortable.

When we got to the room there was a musty smell....No microwave in the rooms....only 1 microwave on the third floor for a 5-story hotel...there is no breakfast because you have to pay for it..... I definitely wouldn't stay again

Very friendly front desk staff. Got there a little early and front desk got us a room promptly. Rooms were clean and good size. Had refrigerator in room and a microwave on every floor. Hotel was convenient to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes from cruise port. Definitely would stay there again
