the room was clean, staff were great, pool needed a little more cleaning, a/c worked good, the worst thing was our door, it was hard to open. overall a good hotel for the price, check in was easy and fast

Lo que no me gusto fue el ruido externo en la noche por lo que la habitacion daba a la calle. La solicitud nuestra fue cambiar de habitacion al otro dia y fue aceptada y se paso buena noche.

El hotel cancela mi reservación en horas de la mañana, mientras yo conducía tranquilo contando con mi reserva. Quedó bastante molesto con el hotel y con Hoteles.com, no se de quién fue el error pero me tocó asumir el sobre costó y afortunadamente encontré hospedaje en otro sitio, sino hubiera sido peor.

El hotel está hecho con materiales modernos y en general el problema no es el aunque hay cosas que preocupan como el vecindario y que mencionaron dificultades para pagar con datado no y po estas cosas me vi obligado a cancelar la reserva y buscar otro para mi
