Worst place I ever stayed in my life
This place is close to Southland casino is in a bad neighborhood where a lot of crime drugs and other things take place we're told do not go behind the fence around the area because of the bad crime rate and drug addicts also room wasn't ready when we got there like it was supposed to be at check-in time and the place around the area look like a lot of it need to be condemned

I was satisfied with the Price the room the front desk and the location, only thing, I was told that breakfast starts 5:00 AM so I wanted to eat before I check out, I went there at 5:30 AM and I was so disappointed, I had to go buy breakfast somewhere else

The people working there were very nice and helpful from the desk clerks to the housekeeping staff. Restaurant was pretty good. Parking lot has a lot of pot holes. The sink needs fixing, low water pressure in the shower. The rest of the room was just fine. New paint, bed was comfy, AC worked good. Linens clean and in good shape. Fridge and microwave and coffee maker worked great. I enjoyed my stay. Also, they had placed me upstairs but I could not climb stairs so they moved me to a double bed room for the same price. That was very much appreciated.

Booked because reviews were good. The place smelled bad. My first room I didn’t realize was smoking and that smelled awful so I got a new room which still smelled bad. The women at the desk also both times said what room I was in out loud both times. I don’t appreciate that while traveling by myself and groups of men being around. The shower was clogged and place was dirty. Not terrible but not good.

The room was dirty. The garbage bag had been emptied but the remnants of what was in it before was still there. The floors needed mopped. It is a very old motel room. But, the breakfast was great!

The staff in office had good attitude. The Indian maids were nice people (man and woman). I had good experience there the last time I was there with my mom.

Deedee takes West Memphis
Overall it was a good stay. I like the bed especially, it was high off the ground and firm. The bathroom was very clean. The door needs attention, didn’t look like it was closed all the way from the outside, but it was.
