We arrived at 3 and didn't get checked in till AFTER 5. I understand a late check in because of the team but TWO hours is crazy!! The manager Michael was not helpful at all and did nothing as far as discount or even acknowledgement. To pay almost $200 for one night this experience was definitely not worth it!!

Holiday Inn is our go-to property when we visit Memphis. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Older hotel. Sections of the lobby area were closed due to water coming in from rain. Walls in the room had dust on them. Can tell they haven’t wiped down the walls in a long time.
