Well the room smelled of old water and it did have some water and mold smell. I stayed 2 nights and I checked out early. I couldn't breathe

the beds are not comfortable they were full and not queen and the breakfast bar could cover hot grits and oatmeal; need a person just for breakfast people want have to wait. Just a few minor adjustments to make it a 5 star hotel.

This was a good place to stay as it is was a 15 minute drive to downtown Memphis. Had plenty of dining options around and was quiet. Check in was super easy and staff was nice. Small breakfast options but it was good.
