Getting into the room started a little bit slow. But they made up for it by helping us get an extra blanket extra pillows extra towels extra ice bucket. The staff was amazing I went to clean the room myself and take out my trash they wanted to take it out for me and I told them she was on break so I will go take it myself. Overall a great experience 10 million stars
Furniture was aged and worn faux leather on desk chair was frayed, carpet was dirty I took a shower I left black foot prints on tub, I was put in a smoking room that I didn’t book, wall colors were old dirty mustard yellow. Super 8 used to be better then this
Not sure whether to fault the facility or Expedia; you be the judge. I booked a jacuzzi suite (which I had stayed in before, at least twice). Paid for it and confirmed by phone (just the reservation, as I assumed they had the room information since they had the reservation). Arrived and was told not only did they NOT have a jacuzzi suite (clerk said she'd been there 2 months and didn't remember one) but the suite they had for me was a SMOKING suite! WHO STILL DOES SMOKING ROOMS? Apparently backwaters like Arkansas. Clerk intimated that it was all they had. The room smelled HIDEOUS,and I had to have everything I took into that nasty room cleaned to get rid of the smell. SO... either the facility failed to keep Expedia apprised of the closing of their jacuzzi suite or Expedia booked me a room that didn't exist. Will NEVER use Expedia or Super 8 again.

Room was nice, mattress sagged a bit. Breakfast was okay, but coffee tasted like instant.
Not a problem for me, but this room was supposed to be for ADA and did not have handheld shower
