I have an amazing experience staying there: immaculate, posh, modern, quiet and friendly atmosphere paired with largest beautiful new aquatic area: hammam, sauna, large pool and jacuzzi free for all day use!

Great hotel in the heart of annecy. Always really clean with great underground parking.

The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy.

Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est très serviable, rien à redire sur les chambres non plus, tout était parfait !

5/5– fabulous front desk staff and rooms. Hotel is located on the lake with incredible views and a nice walking trail that circles the lake. I would recommend this hotel to abybody.
