This a wonderful property, with in walking distance of Annecy, the morning breakfast was very good. I would stay here again and we had fantastic time in the area.

Modern, clean, and local - you can get to resturants, shopping, or the lake within a minute walk

Pauline at the front desk was SO helpful and the rooms are spotless and unique and beautiful

We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend!
