Personnel were very helpful when asked questions. Everyone was very polite. Pool area very clean. We were able to relax and enjoy to ourselves. We ordered a side order of fríes and they were tasty and warm.

Pleasant Stay in Izamal
We had a short and pleasant stay at Hotel Hacienda Izamal. It's location provides a nice walk to the center of the town and the convent, and one can explore the remains of the ancient Mayan pyramid along the way, as well as a few excellent restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, nice, and modern, with the manager always available for any necessities. Overall and wonderful value for the location, service, and accommodations.

Great stay at a great price
The front desk staff, Jose, was very attentive and full of information. We had a very spacious room overlooking the good sized pool. We chose one of the larger room but I think that they'd all be well sized and comfortable. Great shower. Coffee available 24hr/day and a nice little restaurant, although we didn't eat there. A short walk to Kinich and into town....a bit longer. Nice quiet street. Perfect for a 2,3 break.

No respetaron mi reservación, aunque si aparecía en la computadora, pero me informaron que hoteles.com sobrevenido la habitación y que fuera a buscar otro hotel, les mostré mi inconformidad y finalmente me hicieron el favor de darme una habitación aunque de menor categoría y sin refrigerador, requisito para hospedarme en este hotel, ya que soy diabético y lo necesito para guardar mi insulina, finalmente

El hotel esta muy bonito, conforme a lo señalado en las fotos. Tiene estacionamiento , las habitaciones son sencillas, pero limpias, con baño amplio así como un cuarto muy amplio, todo con vista a la alberca y al jardín. La alberca está bien para el calor que hace. Así que lo recomiendo ampliamente. Eso si, está como a 10 minutos caminando del centro, pero esta fácil llegar e Izamala es muy seguro. por supuesto que volveré a ese maravilloso hotel.

bel hôtel au calme
Très joli hôtel, très bien entretenu avec une piscine et un joli jardin. Calme. Très agréable. Tout le confort dans la chambre. Accueil très sympathique. A 10 mn à pied du centre. Bon petit déjeuner servi par personnel à notre écoute. Je le recommande fortement.
