Dated, worn carpet
Insufficient padding under carpet
Floor in room under carpet squeaks when walked upon
Worn and outdated furniture
Sloppy painting job
Scrapes on cabinet
Stains on baseboards
Old, outdated TV
Ripped/torn covering on bench
Too soft mattress on bed; felt like it hadn’t been turned, flipped, or changed out in a long while
Individually-wrapped plastic/paper cups in room instead of glass or acrylic
No way to control the A/C
No light blanket in the room: it's sheet only or heavy comforter
Request ignored for light blanket to be used to make up the bed
Feather/down pillows in a room/bed designated as hypoallergenic
Request for foam pillows not fulfilled until more than 24 hours later because hotel had none on hand
Too small shower bay
Mineralized shower head obstructing flow of water
Gaps between glass shower panels that leak water to the floor when you shower
Dated carpet in hallways
No on-site dining
No one manning the valet dais
No automatic doors to help people get in/out with luggage and carts
No bellhop/door staff to help people in/out of doors
Two or three people max apparently running the entire hotel
No cut/ramp to lobby at the Main Street entrance
One working elevator off the lobby
I have not been sent a final bill for my stay (what was charged to my card was different than what was charged to me by Expedia) or the incidentals and parking
Just a general sense of a hotel that no one cares about that is getting by because it’s in a popular location
