The check in was flawless. Very clean and modern. The shower is broke so our family couldn't shower. The water in the sink was backwards hot was cold..cold was hot. I notified hotel staff about the issues and got a "sorry" and nothing else. Not pleased with service.

We enjoyed our stay! The lady at the front desk was super sweet. Clean room, comfy bed. The pillows could be more firm but that’s just my opinion. Overall a great hotel.

After traveling 10 hrs, we were a bit disappointed that we would be charged $25 early checkin for arriving 40 minutes before 3:00. Then after hanging in the lobby 30 minutes, I was leaving to get takeout, and they then said they could check me in early.😒
