This is our second time at this hotel and we like it. We come from Montreal to shop at the outlets in Merrimack. The hotel is well located and comfortable.My only negative is the carpeting in the rooms and the hotel is showing signs of aging. Other than that, it’s a decent place to stay.

Stayed in Room 244. Room above me made a sound with every move. Every shift on the bed, squeeeeeek. Every step taken, poundddddd. Also, I may have been a smoke free move, but cigarette smoke was coming through my vents, irritating my asthma.

This is an aging, clean property with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is well-stocked providing a lot of variety, including: eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and our personal favorite - one-button, fresh pancakes!

The only problem I had was that the alarm clock was set to midnight. It woke me up and in my shock and drowsiness I couldn’t figure out how to shut it off. I pressed snooze but it was still on. I pulled the plug. Housekeeping should check the clocks to make sure they are off.
