After a long flight that came in late, we arrived at the Fairmont. Exhausted, we got to our room without being offered help with our luggage from staff. The room was clean but after a flight we wanted showers… no hot water. Water was freezing. Wasn’t just in the shower either. Sink and bath water also cold. After paying close to $600 for our room, it was infuriating to not be able to shower
