It was the most amazing hotel I have ever been in. For the price point I have never been treated so well at a hotel. They had so many amenities and the staff was so kind and helped us so much! Most spoke english very well and some just a little but you are in mexico so don't expect anyone to speak english but I thought it was very nice. They also had free food and drinks (not alcohol) at the cafe in the front for guests and a free tour on some days that is 3 hours long! We weren't able to go because of timing but it seemed so nice. They also had many tours you could sign up for at cost and would help with that. In addition, they had free amazing breakfast where you would order off a menu. Overall the best hotel experience I have ever had and I would go back again and again and recommend this to anyone. Very central too near the historic part of town so very walkable.

Good location. Close to the historic district. Lots of good food around. Room was small. Slow elevator so use the stairs. Shower and bathroom in general was extra small. Toilet didn’t flush do we have to call down and have it fixed.

Fabulous hotel with welcoming and friendly staff in a central location at close to sights, restaurants and metro and bus. Delicious cooked to order breakfast with a choice of delicious local and international dishes. Appreciated the complimentary 24 hours snacks and coffee and water. The hotel also offers a free walking tour. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel

Excellent hotel! Entire staff was amazing and breakfast was the absolute best. We needed a ride to attractions and hotel set us up with an excellent driver. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Mexico City.

Wonderful Experience
This hotel is fabulous. It is in the perfect part of town where you are near things without it being to loud or too much going on. Every member of the staff is so friendly and welcoming at any time. The hotel offers complimentary water in each room and on each floor for your convenience as well as fresh apples. The hotel breakfast is also wonderful in additional to the complimentary cafe in the lobby. We only personally had sodas and sparkling water, but the option for sandwiches and chips was a nice touch. It was very easy to get ubers directly to the hotel. Additionally, the hotel concierge was very helpful in booking us with private drivers that took us to the major sights. We did a trip to Xochimilco, Coyoacan, and the Frida Kahlo Museum. We were not rushed and did have time for lunch as well. Another tour we did was to Teotihuacan, La Gruta for lunch, and to the Basilica of Guadaloupe. These tours were affordable and very nice. I highly recommend doing this rather than booking with a big tour company. The rooms were continuously cleaned. This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful area. I highly recommend.

The staff and hospitality is great! Very welcoming, kind and friendly. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and it’s located near the Zocalo Histórico Center, near museums,shops, cathedral and restaurants. They have free breakfast with your stay and a cafe open 24 hours. I was celebrating my birthday and they made my stay very special.

The property is located right in the center of Historical center of Mexico city. Everything that you want to see , is within walkingdistance. If you need to use Uber, it's no more that 5 -10 minutes. Great restaurants all around with outstanding food and service. Asul historico is one that we highly recommend.
