Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel

Stayed here for one night on 2/1/2020. Expedia's webpage states there is a room safe. There is not. Lighting in the room needs improvement. I was at the end of a hallway and the fire escape doorway was propped open all night. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music until 2:30am Saturday nights. The staff is friendly at this property.

I would not expect more for this price
The staff cannot communicate in English, but that is quite common in Mexican Hotels, unless you can spare the bucks for Hilton or Marriott. Google translate was very helpful in this situation. I have booked here at Expedia, but they could not find my reservation, however, they gave me a room for exact the same rate I have booked for.

El personal del hotel es muy servicial y amable. Me brindaron todo lo que solicite y en ese aspecto es muy buena la atencion. Tuvimos una estadia buena, a secas. El hotel se siente antiguo y la habitacion standard no se siente muy acogedora. Los blancos y almohadas se ven muy gastados. Al igual que el mobiliario en general. Otra cosa que para mi fue muy decepcionante es que Expedia me cobró por la habitacion standar el mismo costo que en el hotel tenia por noche la habitacion master suite. En Expedia ni siquiera me dio opcion de reservar otro tipo de habitacion. En concreto, el hotel es recomendable para estancias cortas y de turismo o negocios en las que mayormente uno estara fuera la mayor parte del.dia, pues el hotel no invita a estar mucho tiempo en las instalaciones.
