Prior to arriving it was very hard to get ahold of anyone to ask questions or make special arrangements. Upon arrival the sink was barely draining, the front door was tricky too open and the toilets constantly ran. It’s an amazing location and beautiful hotel but it seems to need better maintenance.

The hotel is ok. The condition is decent. Buffet breakfast is good. But some food was not tasty. Anyway, food is edible. The surrounding area of the hotel was dirty. Homeless sleeping on the street. Road had big holes, when it rained, those holes turned into ponds. So be careful while walking cuz I felt once.

Hotel is in a good location, walkable , feels safe. Room was big but lack of lightning , specially in bathroom and hallways, it felt dark. No perks for been a VIP , Will be nice to get at least a bottle of water as complement , but didn’t get absolutely anything to acknowledge of my VIP status.

Great stay.
Our check in was at 3 pm. Had reserved a special room. Took over 2 hours to have the room ready. We were very tired after traveling. Also there is some club at the back of the hotel on the street behind. This could have been a big issue. But we always travel with earplugs. Breakfast was very delicious. The lady at the omelette station was great with me and the family. All in all I would give 5 stars. Except for the long check in. Staff. Housekeeping. Sergio at the bar all made you feel at home.

Great location
Hotel is in a fantastic location, great for exploring the city. The hotel is a little tired and bathroom could do with an overhaul. also if staying at weekend and want restful night stay on the street side, there’s an open air nightclub behind.

When we arrived we found out that the Hotel has a tendency of over booking and as result we were noy given the room we paid for. Only after two days and some complaints on our part we were moved to the correct room.

En General estuvo simplemente bien. La cama era cómoda, el cuarto es grande y tiene la ventaja de gimnasio y Room Service 24 horas. El servicio de Jesús, Bellboy, fue excelente y nos hizo sentir siempre bienvenidos Sin embargo, no funcionó uno de los ascensores sino hasta el final de la estadía complicando el subir y bajar principalmente por la mañana. Además, habían unos problemas de mantenimiento en las habitaciones que se lograron arreglar pero generaron Inconformidad de inicio.

Reserve dos cuartos por dos noches. Llegamos desde las 12 del medio dia y hasta las 5pm nos dijeron que no habían los cuartos que había ya pagado en avance. Que nos darían otros de menor categoría pero tardaron demasiado tiempo y termine por irme y buscar otro hotel. Tanto la gente de recepción como la gerencia se portaron groseros y ahora que solicito la devolución también la niegan. Definitivamente NO recomiendo el hotel. Hace muy poco por darte un buen servicio.

Freshly renovated, much improved
I’d stayed at this hotel ?18 months ago and it was in need of renovation… they’ve done it. Rooms, furniture, flooring, etc are all freshly done over. Service is very good as well. That said the check in line was too long when I arrived, it took over 30 minutes for me in the mid afternoon. But the other services, from the room cleaning to the concierge recommendations for hotels, etc, were all great… people were friendly… and the gym and pool and all of that were absolutely fine. In addition, this is a very cool and walkable neighborhood with a lot to offer. The public spaces are comfortable as well.
