Carpets dirty, shower curtain all torn. Very difficult to shower with out shower hose. Shower head to far up cant wash soap off well Sliding door does not close right No sheets or blankets for sofa bed at 10 pm to midnight there was at front desk no answer to Ask for sofa bed sheets There where over 10 teenagers playing soccer in parking lot when we Arrived to check in Have not received my deposit back yet

I reserved and paid for a king bed room. They didn’t have it and put us in a double bed room that was filthy. They issued a free breakfast certificate for two that I didn’t want because breakfast is better at any other restaurant around here. Totally disappointed! Expedia should have never sold me a room that was NOT available.

stinky towels, the floors, dirty sheets, no soap, no hand soap either no shampoo had to transfer to a new room after the first night with no AC. The next room was also dead stinky towels elevators sound like they’re gonna fall apart. My wife got sick because she got beat by bugs
