I visited from Monday thru early Saturday afternoon. I wish there was more shopping options available besides the boutique on site in which the prices were a bit high. Otherwise, the property was great. The staff was very courteous and customer friendly.

Upon arrival To St. Lucia the resort is three minutes from the airport. Your vacation starts immediately! The resort itself is so clean and organized, The staff is the absolute greatest part of our trip. They were also friendly And hospitable, we felt like family before we left. The air conditioner is no joke! We actually had to keep our room warmer because when we were not in the room, the air conditioners work so good. It was freezing when we came back. Food and beverages works exceptional! But again, staff serving them and taking care of us are the number one reason we have already booked our return trip!

Staff was awesome (every single one). Their attitude and professionalism was and is outstanding. There was several activities plan every single day which made it exciting and eventful. Because of of the atmosphere the property provided it filtered down to the guess (guess seemed very happy) we were like one big happy family, laughing, playing and yes singing together. Thanks to all the staff, you guys made our stay there so enjoyable.

I have to say this has been my favourite resort. The property itself is spectacular and you get to have a breathtaking view every single day. The workers are all so attentive and will come up to you personally to see if you need anything. I was there for 10 days and the excellent service was consistent throughout. I loved the food and all of the options. The only thing is the narrow window times for the buffet, however I could not really complain as their food is really made fresh! The beach was amazing and I loved that the water activities were included! There was always something to do on the resort and quite honestly impossible to be bored. I think this is the only resort where I’ve been and actually want to go back to.
