Locals Staycation.. paid wayyyy to much for what its worth. Super overpriced. High parking fees AND resort fees. The extra fees are insane and the room cost is insane for how blah the rooms are Cons.. wooden table has been worn and should be junked and replaced, the bed mattress was sunk in from excessive wear so that led to restless nights sleep, the cords were hanging out of the bottom of a black box mounted to the wall which was meant to disquise the cords so its broken, AC wouldn’t cool no matter what we set the thermostat to so if you like a cooler room to sleep, youre going to hate it. Shower dripped entire night The pros..bathroom was nice, the TV worked.. got 2 mini waters by the bed Now i remember why we havnt stayed here in years. The casino is nice and location is great for VGK games, but the rooms are horrible. We will NOT be back because they charge more then double what its worth in comparison to others here in town

Great location. Loved that the property is smoke free … from the hotel to the casino. Enjoyed our time gambling and walking around. Staff was helpful with my mom’s medical needs.

Good location and nice pool. The place is pretty well maintained though there were a few minor things damaged in our room. Window tint film had a small tear, and some wood veneer was pulled off the side of couch showing the particleboard. Place very clean and staff nice. Room decor a bit dated.

4 nights at Park MGM
Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, contemporary and very nice indeed. We were in vegas for a festival and we were very happy with our hotel choice as it felt a little bit calmer that others we walked through. The hotel is modern and well maintained, with good signage and lots of restaurants and bars. Primrose was especially good for a sit-down breakfast, otherwise Eatly/starbucks had coffee to go.

Park MGM is easy to get to by car, exception is when the Raiders or Golden Knights are playing. Eataly is fun and there are plenty of dining options

We stayed at the Park MGM to attend the Maroon 5 show. It was a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms: The rooms were a bit small and the walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbors. Safety: We felt safe waking around the casino and parking garage. Walkability: Great location and a quick walk across the street to MGM Grand.
