Only complaint is that the room we reserved was not available and there wasn't a difference in charges. We reserved a King room suite with separate living room. That room had water damage and we were placed in a room with a king size bed, minus the separate living room, however there wasn't a price adjustment.

There was a bad smell in Lobby. In our first room the tv did not work. Our second room was on 2nd floor. The elevator went to 2nd floor but you could not take it down from 2nd floor . In the 6 nights we stayed there it wasn’t fixed. Our room key didn’t work on outside doors or our room every day. We would park in back , have to walk to front , get our key reprogrammed to be able to go to our room. On a positive note the desk clerks were always friendly.

Breakfast food less than desirable. Turkey meats should be given up on unless you can find a better tasting product. Bring the juice dispensers out front and quit diluting product with tap water into pitchers. I can taste the chlorine in the tap water in the juice and had to buy orange juice elsewhere and keep in my room. Front desk told me they use filtered water, but I observed tap water added at sink. Any water filters you have need replaced.

The elevator wasnt able to be called from the 2nd floor. There was a note taped to the wall to casl front desk and they would send it up. Our room didnt have a working phone to do this. We told the front desk and she just said "ok"

The room was comfortable with a few exceptions. First, the mattress was very lumpy. Probably old. The shower was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Quite a bit of hair from previous guests. The water pressure was very low. Horrible. Other than these few items, I had a pleasant stay.

Upon checking in and not having a parking space in the parking lot, I toted my five and two-year-old daughters up to the room that was given to my husband room 325. We get on the elevator after we told the outside doors do not unlock with the key, go to room 325. My husband swipes the key as I’m holding my small children and someone from inside a woman yells and runs to the door and deadbolts it. There was someone already in the room. We went back downstairs as you can imagine and told the front desk clerk checked us in she put us in a room already was somebody , and then told me not to be mad because she’s not in the . It is 2 AM at this point, and my children are wide awake and scared as you can imagine we were scared so were the people that were already in the room. She couldn’t find us so I need to refund
