Overall it is a good hotel with 4 star information desk. The location is very good that is why I stay there during my trips to Kentucky at least 2 weeks per year. Only serious issue I had was with one of the kitchen staff who was very rude and had an attitude during breakfast. After awhile I realized that she was kind of rude to a lot of other customers too. It was sad to see that. Thank you

This is always my favorite place to stay when I come to town and everyone has always been so welcoming until this stay. The guy at the check in counter was acting like we were an inconvenience and didn’t want to answer any questions. Every time I would ask him anything he would let it go through one ear and out the other. I had to repeat my self several times before he finally took the time to hear what I was saying.

My wife and I like the 2-room suite. A lot of room. We didn’t feel crowded. The Happy Hour was great and the breakfast wonderful. Also the shopping area nearby was excellent. The pond with the swans behind the hotel provide a peaceful ambiance to the outdoors, especially if you are eating alfresco.
