Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great spread, the staff was super friendly and remembered our drink order every morning. the front desk gave recommendations on the area, ordered a taxi for us when needed and even came up to fix our safe when the battery died. Great experience!

The hotel is within walking distance to Corso Como and the Garibaldi train station. Very convenient. Plenty of dining options and shopping. Our room was huge considering it's in Europe. When we got to Milan, it was in the 80s and 90s temperature-wise and their AC was blowing really good. It felt so good. Staff are nice and personable. We stayed for 5 nights and we had a good experience. The only thing was Milan during the summer is ridden with mosquitoes all around. We didn't know. Make sure you bring bug spray so you won't suffer like we did.
