A Little Gem
An absolute pleasure staying at this mod hotel. It so true, not to judge a book by the cover. The interior of this hotel is just amazing. The front desk staff are excellent too. A special shout out to Valentina who went above & beyond to assist us.

All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and new. The only downside was the distance from city center although there was a bus stop directly outside the hotel that went to and from the popular tourist areas.

We were expecting a nicer area since Milan is known for fashion and style etc. Unfortunately this property, albeit very nice and well designed, was located in what appeared to be an old run down area that appeared a little sketchy and questionable. The hotel and room itself was well redesigned and the patios on the first floor rooms were a nice touch. The straps/handles on the headboard of the bed and the gymnastic rings in conjunction with the name “Naked Rooms” for the first floor garnered some questions and suspicions regarding what the intent of the decoration was.

Reception is a table with a laptop, rooms have direct access from the outside (motel like), cleanliness less than average. I do not understand the high Expedia rating on this one. We ended up paying for the first night and moving to the Sheraton.

It just felt okay. I expected it to feel. bit more luxurious and comfortable. Overall, the staff and everyone was nice. Hotel breakfast was decent. There was a lot of room to get ready. I just didn't like that the rooms were not sound-proofed at all and there was a funky smell from the bed sheets even when I had them changed. I recommend it for a quick stay.
