Convenient location for concert at Marvel Stadium. Supermarket and outlet stores across the road. Check in and out easy, with great customer service. The room was...average. Found a tablet/pill on the floor next to a bed. Coffee cups dirty. The bathroom could use a thorough deep clean....hairs in shower and not sure if poo or spew on toilet 😳 Basin tap broken and bottom of doorframe rotten and crumbling. Mould in shower and soap scum on shower screen. Such a shame really! Complimentary water wouldve been amazing.

All very good, with the exception of the toiletries provided: there's only shampoo, conditioner and soap, and they were all awful quality. Four star rated hotels usually provide better quality products and more of the basics you need away from home (like toothpaste and a moisturiser). That is my only issue with the hotel. Otherwise it was very friendly helpful and comfortable.

We always stay at the Atlantis whilst in Melbourne. The hot Breakfast options are sparse but everything else is ample. It is in very close proximity to Southern Cross Station, Skybus to and from the Airport, the Spencer Street DFO, Cafes and Food Court. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for price, comfort and locality.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on many occasions and usually receive great service. However this time wasn’t the case, I was recepted in by a person with an accent who staff later told me her name was “zainapp”. Let me say I have never received such a cold and passive aggressive reception into a hotel. She was very dismissive and non welcoming to which it definitely put a dampener on my stay at the Atlantis. There was no mention of my gold Expedia status by the receptionist and when raised she actually stated that I wasn’t a gold member, even though I had stayed at the hotel as recent as last weekend and had no issues. I informed staff of the terrible check in that I received when I checked out who were very apologetic which was great however I feel that the person who checked me in requires further training or possible to find a job that doesn’t include customer service as I received no service at all.

Great Hotel close to my preferred Southern Cross Station area. Walkable from station, friendly staff & my room was spacious, clean and quiet..great stay albeit a quick one & will definitely return again.
