The room we were in was very noisy every time the lift going up & down. Part of the blind was missing. Only the privacy section was in place. We didn’t realise till early in the morning that the sun was so bright as pull down block out blind was missing from the tracks. So we had a terrible nights sleep :(

An affordable property, and very handy for those arriving in or departing Melbourne for the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy, although a skirting board was missing from one wall - can't be that hard to replace, can it? Also, couldn't locate a glass from which to drink a bit of water. Although I was wrecked following about 36 hours hours of travel, and could have slept on a rock, the bed was very comfortable.

Great position near Southern Cross Station and DFO and easy access to Skybus to airport. Have stayed multiple times and very convenient with 24 hour reception and storage of bags if needed. Room clean and tidy.

The property was superbly located close to tram and rail. Also close to a supermarket & dining. The property was clean & the staff were really helpful and nice. The room was spacious & well appointed for this price point. The pool is an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
