Hotel had everything we were looking for

The hotel had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is delicious and in a large room with a stunning view of downtown Milan. Beds are comfortable and rooms were nicely air conditioned in the heat wave we experienced in Milan. The only negative comment I would have is that the colours in rooms are dark and look a bit dated, but that isn’t a deal breaker. We recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and checked our bags as our room was not ready until 2pm. When we returned from a walk at 2pm, we were told our room was still not ready. We waited until 3pm for our room. When we entered our room, it was clean and well kept. After returning from our day excursions, we returned to our room to find that the air conditioning was leaking all over the floor at the room entrance creating a large puddle. When we contacted front desk to change rooms, they sent the doormen up to wipe down the floor, but another room was unavailable. In the morning, the puddle was even worse creating a hazard. At check out, the front desk was very apologetic and said we would be reimbursed for 30%. We will see if this reimbursement occurs.

We were very happy with the pleasant surprise brought by the reception, which was very welcoming, respectful, generous, and surprising. Not only was our check-in earlier, but we also received an upgrade to a huge, chic, modern apartment with a stunning view of Milan. Wow! For someone who traveled so many hours from Brazil, this gesture was truly a warm welcome! Thank you all so much yesterday morning. You made a difference in our lives! We'll be back!

The hotel was walkable to the Duomo in 10 minutes. The staff was very responsive. There was a grocery store right around the corner from the hotel.

The property is clean, updated and location is very convenient, but rooms are very small, even for an updated room. The best thing about this property is the roof top bar/restaurant. It has a nice panoramic view of the Duomo di Milano

Tight hotel in Italy!

Construction in front of my window.. that’s my view! no one tells us that.. noisy in the morning! Beware! Not much amenities.. breakfast is OK, I rather eat outside more choices.. a view OK. Room small. I have to request for another room to fit our luggage! outdated furniture’s. not a fan of an entrance, so TINY!!! everything is tiny! There is this picture in the elevator supposed to be the view on the 13th floor, I actually thought that was our hotel, but it is only the view to look at @night. Not our hotel..It’s not a pretty building..😬
