Hotel staff was very nice. They checked us in early and were able to switch us into a different room due to the shower and air condition not fully blowing. They were accommodating and very friendly each time. The location is close enough to the Dumo area. There is construction going on right outside the main entrance as of April 20 25 it wasn’t loud but a lot is blocked off. There are restaurants and a smaller grocery store nearby. You’re close enough to the popular area, but far enough to be relaxed.

1am laundry collection. Why?!

This is a nice hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff and super clean. But. I scored it so low because at 1.45am there was a lorry that came to collect a full van’s worth of metal created of laundry. Right outside my room! Needless to say it woke me up and the noise lasted about half an hour. Then there was more noise at 5am! Why on earth would you schedule that for the middle of the night when your main aim as a business is to ensure people can sleep! Absolutely ridiculous.
