Staff seemed disinterested in the guests, had to interrupt their conversations to get attention. The location of the facility is great but the hotel itself is very dated. Needs to be completely redone.

Hotel MEH...showing its age. Staff sub par
Checked in, checked the room, and checked our view. We were in a corner room so our balcony was getting all of the water from the air conditioners above on to our balcony. We notified the staff that you were getting Splash back from air conditioners above and are un able to use the balcony. They said "We will look into it give us 2 hours and will call you with an update." We went about our way and never got an update. When we came back and asked what was the outcome they said "It was fixed" They WERE VERY Short and projected they were annoyed and did not really care. Unfortunately, we're going to look into other hotels this one in particular is starting to show its age and we don't feel welcome. We've been coming here for 5 years and it just continues to decline in amenities as well as the respect of the staff. $300 off season is quite pricey for the inconvenience we had to put up with.

We were given a disabled person room, which I suppose may have just been the luck of the draw. While there was no specific drawback to having such a room, it meant that the shower head was not easy to work under, since it was set up for a different method of use. Otherwise, the room was clean and well-attended, quiet for the most part (can't fault you for the small screaming child next door for two of our six nights), and we felt like we were well taken care of.

The hotel is clean, staff was great. The only problem is the mattress needs to be changed it’s too hard like laying on a brick double beds.

I was impressed on the room and the beds. The rooms are in need of fixing. Looks like water damage on ceiling by the sliding door leading to the balcony.

The hotel is modern and clean, and very well located, being right on the Boardwalk and one block from the major shopping district. The attached restaurant has good food and decent prices. On the down side, the restaurant can be chilly due to its open windows. I thought the front desk staff to be curt and disinterested, but the maids were pleasant and helpful.

The location of the Sands can’t be beat, right off the boardwalk with the pool an easy stop on your way from beach to hotel room. The room was clean and comfortable but the walls were very thin and the hotel could use an update.

The beds were very old way too soft woke up stiff and sore . Tv is very small On a wall Ac is extremely loud when it comes on and off . Feel free to offer us a refund

We really enjoyed the location which was right off the boardwalk, easy access to the beach, walkable to places we could dine at. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning services are helpful and nice. The room we stayed in is just as what was described in what we selected. Only complaint would just be the walls are thin where we could hear a family next to us always arguing. Other than that, we enjoyed our choice and we would probably come back here some time in the future.

Right on the beach.
Location, location, location. Sit by the pool overlooking the boardwalk and the beach. A short walk from everything Rehoboth has to offer. Restaurants on site are decent far and good drinks, but like the hotel nothing stellar or a great value. You’re paying for location here. Same tired beach beds, linens, and decor. The pull out sofa killed my back. Grandson loved everything— goal accomplished.
