The best accommodating staff and great prices!
I had the BEST stay at Kents Hill. To start with, I arrived at the hotel a day early by accident (I didn't realise), and the staff were so kind and accommodating, helping to find me a new room and booking. They let me check in early the next day into the original room I had booked, and were so friendly, all of the staff were kind. From reception to the spa, to breakfast and the cleaners, everyone was amazing! I am gluten and dairy intolerant and they provided gluten free breakfast options as well as alternative milks and yogurts which was a brilliant surprise. You also get free use of the Nuthfield Health spa; I used the sauna and steam room and hot tub everyday and it was a real treat. I will 1000% be back, just for the hotel itself. The rooms were not particularly anything special, but the service from the staff made it worth it. Thanks so much!

Bedrooms could do with air conditioning. Mattress comfortable, better than the Milton Keynes Hilton!! Breakfast very good with a variety of choice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Particularly the restaurant and bar staff. Would stay again.
