This is not a proper hotel, but an ex BT training centre which is huge and has a labyrinth of corridors to basic, small rooms. My room was miles from reception! Think more basic than Premier Inn. Food is average in a canteen. No other places to eat nearby, Best part is the Nuffield leisure centre opposite which has a great pool, steam and sauna. Remember to take a towel from your room though, as none provided and it’s a huge walk back! Plenty of free parking.

Excellent clean comfy hotel
Hotel very clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff Rooms can be a bit noisy due to old fashioned heating system but beds very comfy and clean Food great choices and quality Swimming lovely warm pool and clean facilities

Friendly staff but not the nicest place I’ve stayed. Good for a pit stop though. I have bites on my leg and hand today that I have no explanation for can’t prove that it is as a result of staying at this hotel, but curious as i travel a lot for work and this is the first time I’ve had bites... Food was basic. Would not go there to eat but as I’d arrived late I settled for it. Didn’t get to use the gym/ pool in the end unfortunately so can’t comment on that. They seem quite eco conscious which is good. WiFi was fast.

The room was very cold for the first night. The heating was switched on second night. The duvet was too heavy and hot. A glass or plastic container should be provided for tooth mug and bedside drink, instead of having to use the tea/coffee cups

Nice and clean, friendly staff, everything that I would expect from a stay and would recommend. It is located in the middle of nowhere and you will require a car.

the place was filthy. pubic hair in the shower and the staff charged me twice ( they did end uo refunding the next morning. there also seems to be a spider problem throughout the property. i took pictures and videos and will be complaining.

Pool not available again. I book specifically to have the facility and had no advanced warning that it would not be available. Asked for a quiet location but stayed in a room on a busy corridor with people walking past talking loudly until 2 a. m Breakfast was very good - good selection and helpful staff.

Place book in was fine. Food menu rather pricey restrictive. Accommodation was clean tidy and walls thin expect noise. Ok stay over but no longer. Not staying again food bar expensive over priced
