I had a few issues and Sara at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and friendly. She made me feel like I was her guest and she did everything to help me feel comfortable during my stay. Sara is definitely an asset to the property.

We have stayed at this safe establishment around the same dates for the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing, this year we had a room on the 1st floor which I am absolutely ok with but the bed was horrible it literally caved in towards the middle we rolled into each other when we were trying to lay on the bed.

Yummy Hot Chocolate w/ toppings and Coffee Station
Pool was very cold but the hot tub was pretty nice. They had wonderful breakfast options plus they had a surprisingly nice hot chocolate station with additional cinnamon and marshmallow topping along with a coffee station when we checked into the hotel. Nice touch, especially during the colder season
