Checked in with three people. Pullout bed had a sheet, no blanket or pillow. Had to go to the front desk to get those. Then realized only two large towels for showering and no shampoo, had to go to the front desk again to get those. Was excited to swim and use the hot tub only to find out the hot tub was closed for maintenance, no warning. Final straw was when I was on my work meeting and the other two went downstairs. Someone used a key and came in the room but then saw I was in there so went back out. I asked my husband if it was him and he said no. I looked out to see if housekeeping was out there and there was no cart. I immediately locked the door as I did not feel safe. Will not stay here again

Hotel ran out of hand soap entirely. There was no notification of this, just no soap or body wash provided in the room. When we asked the desk, they just said they ran out of hand soap—no solution offered. We asked of they had body wash and they said yes and gave us two bottles, so we used that for hand washing as well. Very strange.

When the staff is very helpful, I notice. MS. V Davis was always around to help. She showed me where the ice maker was, exchanged towels for us, and made us feel welcome instead of a burden. Very friendly. She asked and made sure we had everything we needed.
