Not what we expected!
The photos on your website were nothing like arriving at the hotel. Shuttle bus was there but no drivers available. Nothing like your normal standards. After arriving and viewing, facility and location, we canceled our stay. Sorry to see this happen. Staff, understood perfectly and gave us a refund.

The property itself seemed fine. By no means fancy but it served its purpose. The area around the hotel was questionable. Seems like quite a different vibe from downtown Milwaukee which was all of 5 minutes away. I did all the online check in stuff but still had to do the paperwork when I got there. Overall it was fine and I felt safe.

These rooms need some updates. The bathroom shower was horrible. I was actually scared to even think about taking a shower. The detachable shower head wasn’t even attached to a holder in the wall, it just hung down. It was a walk in shower which is nice but the little lip to possibly stop water from coming out looked like it was all moldy and coming off.

Garbage in the limited spaced parking lot never got emptied was overflowing. Got back from our concert to no parking. Dirty laundry sat in a ball in the hallway our entire stay. Quite the eye sore. Told we got upgraded but room had holes in the wall at the base of the room. Water ripples in the wall/paint closest to first bed. Beds literally sounded like they were set on large file cabinets. Dirty towels with #2 marks on them and leftover hairs. Sink wouldn’t drain. Limited options on free breakfast. The surrounding neighborhood was not good nor safe per locals.

My stay was "okay" with nothing particularly bad or good about the property. Staff members were nice and the complimentary hot breakfast was good. Conveniently located near downtown Milwaukee with a lower price point versus other downtown hotels.
