We needed a hotel for family near to the Minneapolis airport, and it happened to be right next to the Mall of America, which was also very good, since we had time and the kids needed some play time. I was very impressed with the quality and the staff. The breakfast was outstanding, far and away better than most hotels at this price point. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, the rooms were quiet and the beds very comfortable. It provided the perfect rest before a long flight home.

The hotel is amazing with great amenities in the room and in the communal spaces (pool, gym, breakfast/lobby). Paying for parking is unfortunate since there are hotels in the same area that have free self parking. However, parking here definitely feels more secure and depending on the days you stay, it might cheaper even with paying extra for parking. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as well. I had to check out later than scheduled and it was a simple process of calling down and asking. The cleaning ladies were also amazing and respectful.

Close proximity to MOA. Great breakfast and customer service. Parking was $12 per night additional to the room which is odd. Just reflect the price in the room fees. Pool and hot tub were small but kids had fun. Rooms were spectacular!

The room was big and very nice. They were willing to give us a lamp to use in the room. The only downside would be the noise of the airplanes flying overhead. Also the pull out couch is not very comfortable but the bed is great.

Room was new, clean and modern. Nice amenities like kitchenette. Noise from adjoining rooms carried through, airplanes start overhead at 6:30 am (unavoidable for this location), mattress/futon was too hard. Breakfast was free, but they didn’t replenish the eggs.

We will definitely stay again at this hotel. We did have 1 light out in our room which isn’t a huge thing. But maybe they should check that when cleaning. Also covering the food at breakfast, because some people don’t watch their kids so I’d rather not have little fingers or sick people touching my food before me. Other than that the hotel was amazing! I felt very safe and secure.
