Perfect location if you're going to catch a show at the orpheum theater. It was and easy walk to the theater. Restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was clean and updated. We didn't have to utilize a parking garage because we went on a city holiday so street parking was free.

Good stay. Good things : Good location, Valet parking, Text from the staff making sure everything is good, Breakfast, and Clean room. Things that could have been better : Some of the staff members (not all )need to learn how to communicate with customers, may be they can take some courses or may be visit hotels in the middle east or Maldives just to see or learn from them basic etiquette or communication skills. Room service is poor ( again being someone who travels to the middle east very often, I have high standards when it comes to room service or service in general ) but I do understand that this might be the normal in the US. Otherwise overall good experience.
