Loved the room darkening blinds! Unfortunately housekeeping woke us both mornings to clean the room between 8:30 and 9:15. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was typical. Line was way too long at the omelet bar and everything else was just okay.

Great stay. If you don't go with valet parking, be prepared to walk a bit carrying stuff if you use the cheaper public parking (only $40 for 2 nights versus the quoted $50/day on the hotel site). It was tricky to know how to get into the building after parking as most of the doors were locked. We were walking around that building with other hotel people trying to find a way in. Some explanation about public parking when booking would have been very helpful!

Me & my family stayed in a suite at this hotel as we were in town to run the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon. The hotel is very convenient but we were on the side facing “Tom’s Watch Bar” and it got very noisy at night (music). Also, our floors were never vacuumed or swept during our entire 4 night stay and both beds were only made 2 of the days. The complimentary happy hour was nice though and the staff were friendly!

Very unique experience. It’s was clean, the staff were nice. Parking is expensive, but what upscale downtown hotel isn’t. The pool was actually pretty cool. It was the standard good Hilton chain experience

This is a fantastic vintage hotel that has remodeled rooms. I wish they had their own private outdoor space and better security regarding visitors. We entered the hotel one night and someone let in a group of women who were definitely hired "party" girls. We saw women changing outfits on the nearby parking garage both nights. While it didn't make me feel unsafe, it was nasty enough that I won't stay there again.
