To say the least, I don’t know if I’d ever return. It started out good, but came to the time where kids were offered bubble machine toys for a price of around $29 and to later be told by an employee to not blow that much bubbles in the dancing area because people might slip. I don’t understand why it was offered if it wasn’t able to be used there without being told something. Then came time for bed, I pull back the sheet to put my daughter into bed to find a blood stain! Good thing there was extra linen for the pull out sofa we didn’t use. Then to top it all off pretty much everyone in the parking lot woke up to their windows smashed. It was an eventful weekend, but swimming made up for the bad things because the kids definitely enjoyed that and the area was beautiful, the family ride was the best.

The kids loved it here!!

Ooooo the kids had so much fun here!!! They loved getting the wolf ears when we entered…check in was easy thanks to Danielle…and even got us closer rooms even tho we didn’t even hassle her too just did it!!! The pools and slides were great and food here at there in restaurants were great!!! Will return!!

It was fun at the waterpark! The hotel room left much to be desired- The TV did not align with the bed, No usb plugs built into the lights. Coffee maker was so small!

Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Very child-oriented hotel. Walls seem thick, very quiet hotel. Bedding (blankets, pillows) were horrible. Bring your own. Waterpark was fun!!

Need more elevators especially by the main area by arcade. The filter in the pool area had to be replaced so that shut down the lazy river, wave pool etc. it took a very long time to fix and you only kept the pool open an hour later!! Although the employees did great don’t have everyone Chevy in at once!!
