Comfortable place to stay for Disneyland and about a 15min walk to Downtown Disney. Room was spacious enough and it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Bathrooms need an exhaust fan and could do with an upgrade, but otherwise good for what we needed.

Property is old. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The type of wear and tear on the property is normal but easy to fix. It leads you to think what else they are not fixing or doing to make the property clean and/or nice.

We love this hotel! Third year staying for our annual trip. Parking has gotten very expensive ($26 a night) but the room rate is second to none. They don’t make the bed or bring new towels without prompting which is a little annoying. The water pressure is horrible. That said, a great place to stay for a family Disney getaway!

There wasn't a single USB charging port in the whole room! I found one on the TV but it didn't work. Also the fridge compressor was loud, clicking on and off keeping me awake

Stay was great untill we started having issues with our room keys not working. We had to go down stairs about 2-3 times which was not great at all! Also even when our keys did work the door lock from inside the room would constantly lock us out and took 3 tries to try and get into our room. But the breakfast buffet was great! Had plenty of food options & the pool with the jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay! Plus the hotel was not far from Disneyland.

First disappointment they gave us a room still occupied I was so embarrassed when I open the door to our room that guest things are everywhere are still there Gave us a new room it was already late then find out that there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom And last one third day there early morning still sleeping the fire alarm sound so loud woke lots of the guest went down to the lobby thank god it just a false alarm Holiday inn will be no longer on my list On my future vacation

Easy walk to Disneyland Hotel or the trolley to downtown Disney/Disneyland Parks. Hotel is overall okay, nothing fancy but convenient location and having the pool/splash pad plus a dining option on site was a plus. Shuttle to Disney as well so that was a great choice when we didn’t want to walk or drive. If you don’t want to pay the money to say on Disney property, I highly recommend!
