Thieves! Not Happy!
We booked a junior suite, and they didn't have any when we checked in. Told us they would credit us the difference & give us a food credit. Neither were given and the front desk was not aware of either when questioned. They also charge a $100.00 damage deposit, which they keep for 4-5 days, then refund. Just think of all the interest they get to keep from holding onto your money for 4-5 days. Thieves!!!!

This is a great property in a great location. I have stayed here multiple times. The only issues are that xhexk-in is always extremely slow and the elevators get backed up quickly,
