The hotel was easy to get to coming in to downtown. Check in was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk around downtown and get to US Bank Stadium. The continental breakfast was good. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. When it was time to leave, the Interstate was very easy to access. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay, area under revitalization, a little difficult to locate entrance (it's on 11th Street), very convenient to Orchestra Hall. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

EXCELLENT SPACIOUS ROOM. SINK, MICROWAVE, MINI-FRIDGE. CLEAN PROPERTY, GREAT STAFF, BUT THE STAR WAS THE BREAKFAST, PANCAKES, OMELETS, CEAREL,YOUGURT, FRUIT, DANISHES, ROLLS, BAGELS , GRAVY, BISCUITS, TURKEY SAUSAGES, YUMMY. I GIVE IT A 5 out of 5. OH YEA THEY HAVE A POOL,& FITNESS CENTER.

Although the room and convenience to the convention center was great, the customer service from one the staff members was horrible. I am told he is an auditor for the hotel, so I'll give a pass on that but he was rude and never looked up if I had a question needing answered. In this case, I had a son who had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital due to a partial hip fracture away from the hotel. When I asked if they had a wheelchair on site, he responded "no" without showing any empathy or looking up to acknowledge I was the one asking the question.
