A bit run down but clean, affordable, and friendly
Friendly staff. Smooth check-in and check out process. Room was clean. Property was a bit run down, but it's expected. Hallway and public areas needed some cleaning, but it was late when we checked in. Staff was actively cleaning those areas in the morning. Super affordable. Would stay again.

I had a room reserved for me, got there and he tells me I don't have a room even though I had a confirmation number for it. Tv didn't even work

This place should be condemned! It had a dirty towel handing behind the doors. The wood area by the sink was broken. The head board was completely off the bed. There was police officer trafficking the hallways. It had a “No drugs allowed sign on the door” The place looked like something out of horror movie. It smelled horrible. Black mold everywhere. The air in the place was horrible. Worst place I ever stayed in my life!

Rude guy at checkin. Room was dirty and had black mould. Bathroom door was falling apart, black mould in the shower and the shower head was broken. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. 2 other guests had the same complaints when I was checking out.

checked in and the rooms floor was sticky, bugs all over, curtain half off the rod. the heat and the AC was broken. immediately booked another hotel and checked out. staff was welcoming, offered a different room and options. no issues with staff, only with overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building and rooms.

And they are still open. .
Had to check out immediately upon checking in. The room was filthy. There was hea in the walls including the bathroom door. Missing lightbulbs and lampshades. The mold in the bathroom fan was so bad that I was wheezing within 10 minutes of arrival. I don't have allergies. I am surprised the health department has not shut them down.

This place is terrible. I felt so unsafe I left and didn't even stay there. Smoke detector was torn out, TV had scratches across it, there were lamp shades and light bulbs missing. There were several burn marks on the chair at the desk. It's smelled and the carpets in the halls were trashed. I have requested a refund for false advertising this place.

Run! Don't stay here!
The room reaked of cigarette smoke, the TV was broken. We called down to the front desk 4 times to have them come look at it and they never did. Finally at midnight the guy at the front desk got snippy with me and told me to come down and he'll get me another room. Also, it's located in a slum area. The mattresses had springs coming through, you only got 1 towel for a room if 4 people, 1.5 inch gap at the bottom of the door so you can hear everyone and see people's get a they walk down the hall. Loud people and nobody spoke decent English. Frustrating and i didn't feel super safe but once r saw what it was like, we had no other options available to us. Didn't sleep well thinking about everything. Never again!
