With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Wide paved sidewalks provide an easy walkway to the beach access just across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

This corner condo offers lovely views of the sparkling blue gulf waters. Our private balcony allows guests to sit and take it all in! Sunny and spacious describes this delightfully furnished top floor vacation spot. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, cushy seating and an HDTV. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.

The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There are two guest bedrooms – one has a queen bed, and the other has a twin bed and a full bed. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a BluRay DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located for guest’s use, and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For unexpected guests, the living room sleeper sofa has a queen size mattress. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Great Unit- Poor Inspection

Our 4 day stay at Alerio 401C was awesome. The unit was great with a few set backs. The check in process would have been great had the cleaning inspector not came at the exact time as check in, 4pm. He was there for over 20 minutes for us only to find him spraying bathroom cleaner on the master bedding to remove stains. Quickly asked him to remove and change bedding as this was not the proper way to clean. He did so. The first 2 bedrooms near entry are always hot and could never really cool down as much as the master bedroom or den area. There are fans in the closets for this reason, but didn't seem to cool the rooms down. Lastly, the deadbolt on front door never seemed to lock when we were leaving out, and found that out by the 3rd night as we entered the wrong code to the door and it opened anyways. Overall the unit would be great if these things were corrected. Definitely mentioned all the above to property manager as to get this rectified for future visitors.

We would definitely stay here again. There was no splash pad as listed on the description. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the ocean view. Location was perfect near restaurants and within walking distance to coffee shops. The communication with the host was a little difficult as I didn't receive responses through VRBO but once I contacted customer service the response time was great and they offer text services which was convenient. There are elevators and carts to transport your belongings upstairs. The wheelchair/stroller beach access point is a bit of a walk if you can't take stairs.

The three bedroom, two bath condo had everything our family needed to be more than comfortable. Beach access was right across the street making it easily accessible. The pool was convenient. Never saw the splash pad. It's normally a gated community but the gate was under repairs during our stay. The security officers enforce parking. The neareast grocery store was about a half mile down the road. All in all we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend condo C401.

Beautiful but could’ve been cleaner

Beautiful rental, comfortable beds, looks exactly like the photos. There’s a vent outside that blows extremely hot air, you will burn up trying to get in the door. The elevators are extremely hot with no air circulation. It also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. (Sheets and bedding were clean) Dust was very thick, sand/ dirt in the floor, and toilets were dirty. Over all was a beautiful place to stay! Just could’ve been cleaner.

Family honeymoon

We joined my daughter and her husband for their honeymoon and we loved the condo it was a great place. Our pod coffeemaker didnt work but they brought a new one within 2 hours time and also fixed a messed up TV someone had screwed up. Overall things were wonderful. We loved the view from the small patio. We'll definently be back.

Fun family vacation

Very clean. Perfect location. Family friendly. Will definitely return! Only recommendation for the property manager would be that the AC unit is very loud and the temperature is locked at 70 and won’t go below that. Also, an extra trash bag would be nice. There was only one in the trash can and it was ripped down the side. Minor complaints for an otherwise perfect stay!

Great condo!

Beautifully decorated and modern condo. This was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. Good location and access to beach. Only negative of stay was just having 1 parking spot. With a condo that sleeps 8, no way to come in just one vehicle. The RV park that we had to park is a pretty good walking distance and additional cost. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as described. Would rent again.

condo was nice and spacious, beach across the street, the parking was terrible, do not rent this condo if you need more than one parking space, you will have to pay and walk 4 blocks . this condo needs curtains in 2 rooms too birght in mornings, over all the condo is nice and ok just need to fix parking problems , so many guest was complaining. this condo is not for my family with adult children and grand kids who drive ther own cars will not stay here again

Overall great getaway

A few friends and I wanted to plan a long weekend to the Destin area. This condo fit our needs, both space wise and location wise. The complex was nice, clean and conveniently located across the street from public beach access. The accommodations were great with room to sleep comfortably and a large dining table. My only complaints would be the rude security guards, and that the garbage disposal did not work properly throughout our stay. Minor inconveniences! We also found some clothing and undergarments left underneath the dining room furniture upon our arrival, which were likely overlooked. Overall, we still had a great time and would recommend this condo.
