Alerio is the newest condominium in Miramar Beach, the complex is located directly across the street from the sandy white beach. With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.

This trendy vacation condo is designed in warm coastal style with an open floor plan and hardwood floors. The fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is barstool seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, a 60” flat panel HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player. Our guests will enjoy the sun and outdoor breeze on the private balcony with two chairs and a small table.

The luxurious Master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed topped with a memory foam mattress, an oversized closet, and a flat-panel HDTV. The en suite Master Bath features a large tiled shower. The guest bedroom is delightfully furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat panel HDTV, colorful artwork, and an adjoining guest bath with a shower/bathtub combination.

For your convenience, the owner has added a crockpot, both types of coffee makers, a pack and play, and beach toys!

***There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Really nice updated condo. Short walk to the beach that's not too crowded. Walk to a couple of restaurants and a cool beachside bar. Short drive to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Management company is great to work with, they have terrific systems in place to make it a great stay.

Nice condo

We booked this condo last minute due to our other one being canceled 2 weeks before our trip. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach. The condo was nice and served it’s purpose for our family for the week. The balcony view isn’t the best but still nice to sit out and get fresh air. The condo is gated and you have to have a code so it feels more secure as well. My only complaint is the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking around but that’s with any condo I feel like.

Girls Trip

This was my first time renting a vacation home and I was very satisfied with interior of the condo. The balcony wasn't the best of views, but we were not on vacation to sit in the house. The only downside to the whole condo experience was the unit above us sounded like they were moving furniture all day and it started about 6 am. They had small children that were running in the house all day. We have kids ourselves and it was vacation so we did not let it ruin our trip.

Communication prior to trip was great. Download and follow the app. It was very easy. Unit very clean. Perfect size for family of 4. One small hiccup with a leaky faucet but followed instructions on app and it was quickly fixed. Great location. Very short walk to the beach.

A lot of little details- no range hood light, only 1 burner worked, remotes needed new batteries, pool was down for maintenance for 2 days, splash pad never was operational, hot tub jets were down a day. Furniture was well worn. Really need a presence for spring breakers. Staff - gate keepers, outside maintenance staff was exceptional. Overall was good but room for improvement.

Outstanding location, good condo development. The unit itself was spacious, nicely appointed, and clean. The washer/dryer combo is a must for staying at the beach with kids. Speaking of kids, they loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The community pool & hot tub were nice. Please note, though, the splash pad is no longer operational in the complex.

We loved our vacation and the accommodations!! The Alerio complex was a great place to stay! It is in a great location and very easy to cross the street, with easy access to the beach. The check in process was very easy with the Hospitality app on our phone. The E201 unit was very clean and spacious. Were were able to cook on our own in the kitchen, with the supplied cookware. We were also able to get doordash from a local Restaurant and eat down by the pool at lunch. On the beach, We were able to rent two chairs and an umbrella from LDV (La Dolce Vita), who had an attendant on the beach that you could talk to. Chairs were available 9am to 5pm and were $50 a day for one set. The Alerio is in a great location and close to Alvin’s Island, Winn-Dixie, and CVS. We will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend and I spent seven nights here and hated to leave. The condo is perfectly placed along the main road that accesses the beach, but you won’t even need it because a private beach is directly across the street. This unit is on the corner, which I thought would be loud since it’s by the stairs but you wouldn’t ever know. It’s so spacious inside that you’ll never hear people in the breezeway outside. Also, the corner is an advantage as far as the balcony. There are a number of condos available, but we will definitely be booking this exact unit again.
