Luxury and relaxation await you in this spacious fifth floor unit at Ariel Dunes located in the Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. The Ariel Dunes property features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. As part of the Seascape community, Ariel Dunes guests enjoy the Seascape amenities such as: Convenient beach access to over 2,000 feet of powder white sandy beaches, 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, eight tennis courts, five pools, on-site conference center, fresh water lakes, beach service (at additional cost), Whales Tail Beachside Bar and Grill, dining, and live entertainment. Water sports rentals available.

This beautiful condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, and a laundry room with stacking washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, private access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower. We have a pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Awesome Find!

We thought the Condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for our extended stay. The Balcony and views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It was so quiet and peaceful and the elevator was always punctual and virtually right across from our unit! We will definitely return again!

Great condo

We stayed here with our kids for a moon crush music festival and this condo was perfect! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only complaint about the building was the elevators. There were only 2 out of 4 working elevators for the whole building and for most of the day on Friday there was only one working elevator. Hoping all elevators are operating in the future because there’s lines out the door of the building after the concerts.

There was a brief hiccup when we arrived as we were initially assigned to one condo and then assigned to another, but both were facing the beach and the property manager was immediately responsive and got us into the new place. We loved everything about it. Even though it was in a very large building, it felt very solid and noise was not an issue.

3rd year staying here in a row, amazing stay each time!

This is the 3rd year me and my family have stayed at this property and I have absolutely zero complaints. It is clean, the decorations are beautiful (I would describe it as having a beach-classy vibe), and the location is perfect. We rent a golf cart that is offered through Seascape & we pick it up at the cabana. This makes it easy for us to travel with our stuff to the beach however, walking to the beach is very short (less then 10 minutes). We rent umbrellas and chairs and the condo even offers 2 chairs on the patio. 5/5 overall. Thanks to Kimberly!

The unit is well furnished. The owner supplied more than the usual things normally found in a rental condo. (Even beach towels). The balcony was lovely and gave more than adequate seating. We found the unit very well cleaned. There was no need to do touchups to feel more comfortable. The rental agency was excellent. We had two occasions to call them and they responded quickly and efficiently. In making the reservation they were fun and made us feel like they knew the property.

Great condo close to everything!

My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!

WOW! The AMAZING VIEW!

I don't usually give reviews but felt that this trip deserved one especially this property. Easy trip up the elevator to the 5th floor that drops you to your front door practically. Very spacious condo and a large kitchen. Its always a plus having a washer & dryer and this was option was used often. Bedrooms were very nice with large flat screen tv's. Restrooms were very spacious. We did have an issue day 1 with stopped up drain but a quick message to KL and this was resolved immediately! Always in communication checking on us. Living room was very comfortable. THE VIEW!! WOW! From the master bedroom to walk out to you LARGE balcony was awesome! Can't say enough about this place. They even helped us arrange the pontoon boat for an excursion. FULL SERVICE! A++ We will be back!!

Great girls trip location!

Great location

This unit has everything you need for the beach and very clean. I was a little disappointed about the queen bed. On the previous reviews of the beds was noted as soft and comfortable. That was not the case for the queen bed. It was as extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I had to get creative in order to get any sleep. I had to sleep on top of the extra pillows provided to give myself some softness. It help some. I did get some sleep. Hard beds are deal breakers for me. I won't stay in a unit again if the beds are horrible. It was awful. Who wants to go on vacation and sleep on a rock hard bed? Definitely not me. My friend stated the king bed wasn't that great either. I do hope that the owners of this unit take my review under consideration and will update at least the queen bed. I won't be staying in this unit again for this reason.
