BEACHFRONT condo; one of the nicest condos at Windancer - FREE beach service

This is our fourth year as owners of Windancer 209. New HVAC this year, last year we replaced the washer and dryer and the couch in the main room to keep the place like new. All kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and all furniture is less than three years old or vintage and refurbished. The unit has a UV-Aire Purification System incorporated with the AC (UV light can kill pathogens including viruses, bacteria, and mold spores). Unit sleeps 6 with a master bedroom (king), a bunk-bed cubby, and a new queen sleeper sofa. With 1½ baths and a large living area that opens on your private balcony that oversees the beach. Watch the dolphins swim by with your morning coffee and see the sunset over the water with your evening beverage.

WINDANCER condos are hidden treasure. They are right on the your private beach with the white sand bordering the royal blue and emerald green ocean; this is a Caribbean dream and yet you are within walking distance of the Silver Sands Outlet mall with more than 120 designer outlets and a dozen eateries. Of course you may prefer to stroll up or down the beach a bit and eat beach-side or sip a favorite beverage.

FOR TWENTY YEARS we have vacationed at beaches along the gulf but our favorite spot has always been Windancer at Miramar beach. Because it’s been increasingly difficult to find vacancies we made the leap and bought unit 209 when it came up for sale in late 2019. The winter was spent on remodeling and Windancer 209 is now one of the nicest units in the Windancer complex-more importantly it sits on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

BEACH SERVICE is provided free of charge on Windancer's private beach, so you can simply sit down in the two chairs and umbrella that are set up each morning and retrieved each evening. There is a gulf-side, heated swimming pool and the bike paths start at the end of Windancer Lane. Windancer 209 also includes a free, one-hour rental of a paddleboard or kayak. Just ask the beach guys.

This destination is a rare find; you will be pleased. To keep our unit clean and fresh we allow no pets and no smoking. If the cleaning service detects smoking or pet smells, your $200 security deposit will be used to freshen the space for our next guest.
