This three bedroom, three bathroom beach villa leaves nothing to be desired. Located alongside a golf course in the Resort. This ground floor unit has no stairs to climb and is located across the street from the Tivoli by the Sea swimming pool. Take the 6-seat golf cart or tram to the sandy white beach.

The kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and all the needed cookware to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. Located next to the kitchen is the dining/breakfast area, which seats eight. Three barstools provide additional overflow seating for meals. The entertainment center in the family room features a large LCD flat screen television with a DVD player. The master bedroom and first guest room also feature LCD flat screen televisions with DVD players. The second guest room has cable television and a DVD player as well.

This villa offers plenty of room for 10-12 guests with a king bed in the master, queen in the first guest room, and two doubles in the second guest room. There are also two twin bunk beds in a bunk closet in the entryway suitable for youngsters. There is a queen pull out sofa in the family room. This villa has three luxurious bathrooms. The master bath features a double vanity along with a roman style tub and a separate 'two person' shower. The second and third bathrooms have single vanities; one with a tub/shower and the other a single shower.

Outside is a sunny screened porch overlooking a picturesque golf course with an additional view toward the beach. This villa is ideally located to enjoy the beauty and amenities of the will want to stay forever!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Room for everyone!
Large condo, was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, functional. To be ‘picky’ but did not affect our stay, the room doors and kitchen doors could be painted so that the unit looked pristine, and not neglected. Had a great time!

The overall stay was very nice, there was no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would comment on is for the price they could spend a little more on some better toilet paper. But if that’s the only thing you can find to complain about, I’d say it’s pretty darn good.

The home was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool right across the red bricked road! The beach was about 1 mile away but the golf cart was running smoothly and it was not far to walk once you got to the beach! We loved driving the golf cart to the Baytown area! We would rate our experience an 8 out of 10 over all!

Nice home in a friendly resort. The only issue was with the golf cart. There was a burning scent while driving with some smoking noted from the right passenger side. Overall we had a great time in the home and community.

We loved the place ample space for us. Two issues that we had were: 1. The golf cart was not working. We were told the owners knew about it and had put a work order in to have it fixed for the day we were departing, but if the renters called they could go ahead and fix it. Of course we wanted it fixed for our visit. We had little ones and had counted on the golf cart since it was part of the rental. 2. Early on the first morning we were there someone tried to walk in the condo while were just getting up and moving around. It was a good thing the latch was on the door otherwise they would have walked right in on us. They were there to work on the floors. They had been scheduled to come and not notified that guests were in the house. They had to come back after our departure.

The location and Sandestin grounds are beautiful, the golf cart was a great mode of transportation to the beach and shopping. The condo was great with plenty of space for the family and little kids to run around. Great weekend getaway!

A memory of a lifetime
Took my grand children and my 85 year old mother in law to the beach for the first time. The house was better then I could have imagined. Clean, welcoming, quite relaxing. Weather turned off colder then I’d like but the heated pool made up for it. I would recommend to everyone. I will be a repeat customer.

Spacious Unit, perfect location on golf course
This property was extremely spacious and perfect for our family. I would suggest the cleaning crew pay close attention to detail. The drawer under the stove had coated grease built up where we found a lizard. I would also suggest taking up the carpet in the bedrooms. The golf cart that came with the unit was covered in sand. Otherwise, it was great and Beach Blue properties was most accommodating .

Good location/clean house
This property is in a good location and the resort is nice. You could walk across the street to the pool, or take a golf cart to the beach. The house was clean and had most everything we needed. We are a family of 7 and would stay again on the property. The golf cart was broken, but there was good communication regarding and they did find us a replacement. The only suggestion I have would be to provide some basic spices for cooking (salt/pepper/etc).

Wonderful place!
Tivoli Drive is a favorite of ours in the Sandestin community. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit and it was just like the listing! Very spacious, clean, beautiful place. Having a golf cart is a must seeing you can ride it to shopping, restaurants, bars, Publix, and of course the beach! Miramar Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to, so if you are questioning… just go! I do wish the unit provided beach chairs, but it didn’t and I knew that before hand so it wasn’t a huge deal to bring our own. Also, I love that this is all on one level unlike others we have stayed in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids under age 3. The spacious rooms and hallways made the home very comfortable! The golf cart made beach trips and quick coffee runs easy. Close access for groceries, shopping and dining too. Will definitely keep this place in mind for a future stay!

Awesome location and neighborhood!
Enjoyed our location around Christmas time here. Great location with access to a semi-private beach. The property was as seen in the photos. Some cons -- Did not like the kids' bunk bed location ( in a closet) - had to move beds for a party of 6 adults and 5 kids. Also, found some roaches . The internet was very patchy. More bath tissues would be recommended. Being Christmas time, service was delayed, but prompt on other days. The fridge had an issue on the last day ( hopefully would be rectified for the next guests). Overall liked the property!

Great adult trip with easy access to lots of activities and dinning.
